  1. Anti-overload

The device protects the Compensating gear from torque overload, which is installed in the outside end of the Compensating gear. The torque of gear is limited with a spring clutch by which power can be imputed. While overload cuts off spring clutch with driving shaft, the face of spring move the gland down to outside for 6mm and the stroke faucet switch on to switch off the power of main motor and fluid supply pump.

In the dual motor driving system without inverter speed-adjustable device, the correct program for starting a centrifuge is:

1)        Firstly start the auxiliary motor.

2)        After thirty second, the main motor allows to be started.

The correct program for stopping a centrifuge is as follow:

1)        Firstly stop the main motor.

2)        After ten minutes, the electric interlock device will automatically switch the power of the auxiliary motor.

With the electric interlock device, the correct program can be automatically carried out and unexpected result from wrong operation can be avoided.

 Ecuador produces more oil than it needs for domestic consumption and thus it is one of the country’s leading exports. Therefore, any new drilling for oil is not intended to meet local demand but is intended for export overseas, most likely to Japan and the United States.

Drilling mud is used to control subsurface pressures, lubricate the drill bit, stabilize the well bore, and carry the cuttings to the surface, among other functions. Mud is pumped from the surface through the hollow drill string, exits through nozzles in the drill bit, and returns to the surface through the annular space between the drill string and the walls of the hole.

As the drill bit grinds rocks into drill cuttings, these cuttings become entrained in the mud flow and are carried to the surface. In order to return the mud to the recirculating mud system and to make the solids easier to handle, the solids must be separated from the mud. The first step in separating the cuttings from the mud involves circulating the mixture of mud and cuttings over shale shakers.

The liquid mud passes through the screens and is recirculated back to the mud tanks from which mud is withdrawn for pumping downhole.

What is Air Diaphram pump?

An Air Diaphram pump is a positive displacement pump that uses a combination of the reciprocating action of a rubber, thermoplastic or teflon diaphragm and suitable non-return check valves to pump a fluid. Sometimes this type of pump is also called a membrane pump.

Air Diaphram pump features:

1500m drilling rigs are used to explore middle deep oil and coal-bed methane. They have characteristics of simple structure and easy operation. There are four types of this rig: ZJ15,ZJ15DJ ,ZJ15DZ,ZJ15DB.

The1500m drilling rig has a parallelogram substructure and a telescoping mast. The mast is raised by cylinders and expanded or contracted with wireline, 1 500kW AC frequency converting motor is used to drive the drum shaft of the drawworks through the counter shaft and the roller chain. The drawworks has two gear shifts—high speed and low speed. The gear shifting is made by using the push-disc type clutch. The main brake is the hydraulic disc brake. The rotary table is connected to the drawworks with the chain and driven by the drawworks. The closed chain compound case uses the fully forced splash lubrication. The auxiliary brake is FDWS-15 air-cooling electromagnetic eddy current brake.

Flow divider for LMSS

GN 2-WAY Flow Divider is designed to maximize the solids removal capabilities of shale shaker. It is mainly used for GNZS703 tandem shale shaker, GNZS852 triple shale shaker.

Solids removal efficiencies are dramatically increased by the Flow divider, which distributes fluids/solids equally to multiple downstream shale shakers. Positive sealing weir gates are removable, allowing flow per selected shaker or installed omitting flow. The Flow divider eliminates the need for back tanks and shaker bypasses and minimizes the effect of pitch and heave. The unit is available in four sizes: 2,3, 4, 5, and 6 way.

How do Derrick Flow divider Work?

Mud from the flow line enters the rear of the Flow divider (1) where it contacts a baffle (2) allowing the flow to pass under and sometimes over before it flows over the weirs (3), and divides the liquid and solids equally between the desired number of shaker feed ports (4). Positive-sealing weir gates permit flow to the downstream shakers .
