1) 10 sets shale shaker to Russia

Just this month, GN Solids finish the production of 10sets shale shaker. The shale shaker model is 4 panel linear motion shaker, equivalent to Swaco Mongoose shaker. GN Solids shaker also have some other features as following:

• Shaker bottom made from stainless steel with longer lifetime, and anti-corrosive, much better than carbon steel
• Pretensioned flat screen with wedge installation, changing screen will be easier and faster.
• Composite material shaker screen, longer life and good separation performance
• With Italy OLI brand vibration motor or US martin brand vibration motor, for reliable vibrator performance.

The 10sets shale shaker will be used for 3sets oil drilling rigs, with 1500gpm mud treating capacity. One set shaker will be in stock as backup. When any emergency occurs, the stock shaker can replace the problem shaker.

Submersible slurry pump also called pit pump, usually installed in pit or mud tank vertically to transfer the mud from the pit/mud tank to shale shaker or other solids control equipment. Compared with centrifugal pump, the pit pump impeller is more anti-wearable. Even when there are some big particles in the mud, the pit pump can still work well with longer lifetime.

Recently, we got big order from overseas client requiring 10sets submersible slurry pumps. The client had good experience with GN slurry pump about two years before, and he trust GN slurry pump working performance. After the client get the contract, he came to GN Solids factory to check our new factory, new production facilities, new office building and new warehouse. Mud treatment is required in many different industries.  For GN Solids, the most popular mud treatment is oil drilling mud treatment, or HDD mud treatment.  In recent years, we have more and more project from other industry mud treatment, like piling mud, TBM mud treatment, or construction mud treatment. One batch of mud separation equipment for US client, ready for delivery. The client will use the equipment to treat the construction mud.

1) High G drying shaker with catch tank

The mud will be collected by one big hopper with wide opening, and then transfer to high G drying shaker, to separate the big solids particles.

GN high G drying shaker is equipped with 4 panel composite material shaker screen or coarse steel screen per client’s request. The longer shaker deck can give better separation, and make the solids discharge as dry as possible. The super G force also very important to the dryness of discharge solids.

The high G drying shaker is seated on the catch tank with submersible slurry pump. The slurry pump can suck the mud and feeding to next unit for further treatment.

Most of client will choose skid mounted mud system, to put the mud system on the truck for transportation from site to site. Some client will prefer to trailer mounted mud system with single axle or double axles. The trailer mounted mud system allow client to move it by truck head, to hook the mud system and pull it from site to site, which will be much convenient from the close project. Recently, we have one client from North Africa. The client need mud system for water well drilling and we already discuss the inquiry for about one year, finally the client give us order for one set 500gpm trailer mounted mud system. We source the trailer from trailer company, and weld the tank upside by ourselves, and then match the proper model shale shaker, mud cleaner, pumps, hopper etc. to complete the mud system.

Oily sludge is difficult to reuse because it is mixture of waste solids, oil and water. If not treatment, Oily sludge is hazardous to environment, may contaminate the soil, water and air. The oily sludge can be from refinery, drilling waste or tank cleaning etc. From technology, if the oily sludge can be separated to oil, water and solids, the separated oil can be reused or resell, the separated water can be used for green or project.  After well separation, the oily sludge can be effectively become useful material.

We just finish the tourist trip to Thailand and back to China yesterday. GN has many different model decanter centrifuge for different application. For now, GN have below bowl size centrifuge for option, including:

• 9 inch baby centrifuge with only 220mm bowl diameter; It can only be used for diamond drilling, mining, area with request small capacity treatment. The treating capacity can be only 3-5m3/h.
• 14inch bowl centrifuge with 360mm bowl diameter; it can be used for oil drilling mud system, to cut down the mud weight or recover barite. The treating capacity can reach up to 15-25m3/h.
• 18inch bowl centrifuge with 450mm bowl diameter; it can be used for fast drilling, the treating capacity can reach up to 30-40m3/h.
• 22inch bowl centrifuge with 550mm bowl diameter, similar function to 18inch bowl centrifuge.
• 30inch bowl centrifuge with 760mm bowl diameter. This is used for TBM big project, need large treating capacity for mud. The treating capacity can reach up to about 100m3/h.
