GN designed and produce a complete set of 10000feet drilling mud system, it is around 3000m dept and horse power 750HP. It including 4 mud tanks,recycling tank, active tank, mixing tank, mixing skid. It is a customized system according to client’s isea.

1)      Recycling Tank (40feet Container Size) with 2 GNPS703 Shale Shaker,1GNZJ703 Mud Cleaner with 2x10inch Desander cones,12x4inch Desilter cones,and as well as desander desilter feeding centrifugal pump SB8x6-13(55Kw).And one trip pump for the trip compartment.

2)      Active Tank(40Feet Container Size) with Mud Agitators and Mud Guns.

3)      Mixing Skid(20feet container size) with 2 mud hopper, One SB8x6-13(55KW) Centrifugal Pump and one shear pump.

4)      Mixing Tank(40feet container size) with one SB8x6-13(55Kw) mixing pump and one mud hopper, completed with mud agitators and mud guns.

Usually clients will buy 10000ft drilling rig from USA, so the electricity is 460V60HZ, 480V/60HZ, GN drilling mud system can meet their electricity rate. And our explosion proof mark of the electric control system is class1, div 1. As a part of the land rig of 10000ft, our drilling mud system including pipelines from shale shaker inlet to outlet of mud pump charging pump, including mixing pipeline, water pipeline, mud gun pipeline, overflow line, suction line,etc. Also we provide mud gas separator installed on the trip tank( if the mud system has a separate trip tank.)
