Tri-Flo 1200 Gallon Mud SystemThe equipment is based upon the highly successful Tri-Flo 1200 Gallon Mud System which has the following advantages:
Drilling mud equipments:
Pre-screening of the returned mud using a Tri-Flo 123 Shale Shaker.
Secondary cleaning of the returned mud using a Tri-Flo 4 x 4″ Mud Cleaner.
Integral mixing system using a Tri-Flo 3″ Jet Mixing Hopper.
A total of 1200 US gallons (4,500 litres) is provided, with a division separating the clean mud from the dirty mud in the ratio 60:40.
This provides the optimum balance for most drilling operations.
Output: Up to 150 USgpm (560 litres/min)
Cut Point: 16 microns
Dimensions: 3700L x 1900W x 2800H. 2750kg weight(empty)
Capacity: 1200 US gallons (4,500 litres)
Pumps: Two 2” x 3” centrifugal pumps with 7.5kW motors. A power socket for a third pump is provided.

Integral mixing system using a Tri-Flo 3″ Jet Mixing Hopper.

This provides the optimum balance for most drilling operations.
Integral charge pump to supply clean mud back to the drilling rig.
This provides a continuous supply of clean mud under pressure to the high pressure mud pump, avoiding problems of starvation and cavitation which can rapidly cause damage.
