Complete set of mud purification equipment sold to New Zealand customers

Last week, GN Solids Control provided a complete mud purification equipment for a New Zealand customer for vacuum excavation mud purification treatment.

The equipment mainly includes mine screen separation device, high-frequency fine vibration screen, desilter , decanter centrifuge, among which:

1. Mining vibration screen

This device is a vibration screen, which mainly separates the large diameter solid particles and has a large processing amount. Because the large diameter solid particles are more wear out of the sieve network, the flexible polyurethane sieve net is used. The sieve of this material has high wear resistance, which improves the continuous operation capacity and work efficiency of the equipment, thereby increasing economic benefits Essence


2. Shale shaker

This device is a fine separation unit, which mainly separates solid particles above 100um. The processing volume is less than the mine equipment, but the screening effect is more. The imported vibration motor is used like a mine sieve to ensure the service life. After the overall heat treatment of the sieve box, the torment strength can reach 8.0g. The bottom frame is made of stainless steel, which is strongly corrosive. It can meet the angle of non -stop operation to adjust the angle of the sieve box, and the operation is more stable.

3. Desilter device

The liquid phase after high-frequency fine screen treatment enters the desilter again, and the solid particles larger than 20-40um can be removed by the desilter. The cyclone of the desilter is made of polyurethane material, which has higher wear resistance.

4. Decanter centrifuge

GN Solids Control centrifuge can separate solid particles larger than 2-5 µm. The centrifugal separators are necessary because the slurry after desliming treatment does not meet the criteria for recycling. Centrifugal separators reduce the specific gravity of the slurry to allow for reuse. The decanter centrifugal are fabricated with bi-directional stainless steel centrifugal casting, which is superior to 304 and 316 materials. The wear-resistant head of the waste discharge port uses a special tungsten carbide hard alloy bushing, which provides excellent wear resistance. The separators are dynamically balanced three times – at medium speed, high speed, and overall – to ensure stable operation under high-speed conditions. Producing products of inferior quality is equivalent to creating waste.
