Big drilling mud station project was completed and sent to the international drilling fluid service company

Recently, the large-scale drilling mud station processing system equipment produced by GN Solids Control has undergone rigorous testing in the factory, and is ready to be loaded and shipped to the customer site of an international drilling fluid service company;

The system mainly includes equipment:

1. Mud solids control system module: 1 set of drilling fluid shale shaker GNZS594F, 1 set of medium speed centrifuge GNLW452D, 1 set of high speed centrifuge GNLW363C;

2. Mixing tank module: 4 mixing sand pumps and 4 mixing hoppers;

3. Vertical mud storage tank module: 70 500BBL (80m³) mud tanks.

For example, the customer’s construction site not only has GN Solids Control centrifuges, shale shaker and other solid-liquid separation equipment, but also GN Solids Control vacuum pumps and other related requirements. So what are the characteristics of GN Solids Control equipment that can stand out among many domestic solid control counterparts? The following highlights the unique features of GN Solids Control products:



1. The rotating drum and the screw of the decanter centrifuge rotate at a high speed in the same direction at a certain differential speed. The material is continuously introduced into the inner cylinder of the conveying screw from the feeding pipe, and then enters the rotating drum after being accelerated.

2. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the heavier solids are deposited on the drum wall to form a sediment layer. The conveying screw continuously pushes the deposited solid phase to the cone end of the drum, and discharges it out of the machine through the slag discharge port.

3. The lighter liquid phase forms an inner liquid ring, which continuously overflows the drum from the overflow port at the large end of the drum, and is discharged out of the machine through the liquid discharge port.

4. The straight section of the drum belongs to the clarification zone, and the cone section of the drum belongs to the extrusion drying zone.

In addition to the mud solids control system module, mixing tank module, vertical storage tank module and other equipment introduced above, GN Solids Control also produces a complete set of oil drilling solids control systems, non-excavation and coal bed methane drilling rig mud recovery systems, piling and Shield mud purification system, drilling waste treatment system, industrial environmental protection mining and other solid-liquid separation systems.
