What is dredging?

Dredgingis an excavation activity or operation usually carried out at least partly underwater, in shallow seas or fresh water areas with the purpose of gathering up bottom sediments and disposing of them at a different location.

A dredge is a device for scraping or sucking the seabed, used for dredging. A dredger is a ship or boat equipped with a dredge.

The process of dredging creates spoils (excess material), which are carried away from the dredged area. Dredging can produce materials for land reclamation or other purposes (usually construction-related).

As mentioned above, dredging will creates excess material, for example. Stones, sand, masses,cuttings, etc, For the purpose of environment protection, we need to separate the real trash and get the usable material for construction-related industry. It is an Indian state-owned oil and gas company headquartered in New Delhi, India. It is one of the largest Asia-based oil and gas exploration and production companies, and produces around 77% of India’s total crude oil production .ONGC is one of the largest publicly traded companies by market capitalization in India and the largest India-based company measured by profits.

The 1000HP rig solid control equipments including tandem shale shaker with flow divider and jet water cleaner(to clean shaker screens), desander, desilter,  jet mud mixer( hopper assembly), mud agitator, vacuum degasser, centrifugal pump, with one year spare parts for the above equipments.
