GN Oil sludge treatment solution

Since the successful development of the oily sludge treatment system in 2014, GN Solids control has successfully cooperated with nearly 16 companies worldwide and has sold nearly 30 sets of oil sludge treatment systems of 2~20 cubic meters per hour. GN oil sludge treatment system adaptation field:


1) Waste tank bottom sludge, oil sands, oily sewage generated by crude oil tank clearing tank construction;

2) sludge, oil sands, etc. from the abandoned oil pool of the refinery;

3) Waste oil-based drilling fluid produced by oil and gas drilling, on-site floor sludge, oil sands, etc.;


The above mentioned oil sludge oil sand refers to a mixture of oil, water and solid. In order to treat the sludge and recover the oil and water, it is necessary to separate the oil, water and solids. At the same time, it is important to dispose of the solids at a lower cost and recycle as much oil as possible. The GN sludge treatment system heat-separates the sludge by adding sludge treatment chemicals, and then solid-liquid separation into oil, water, solid and other products, and separately processed, recovered, and discharged without pollution.

GN oily sludge treatment system process:


  1. Dispose of the oily sludge through a sludge vacuum pump to the heating premixing device.
  2. Add chemical agents to the heating premixing device for dilution, emulsification, etc.
  3. The prepared sludge is transported to the GN screening device through a slurry pump for coarse filtration treatment. The liquid is subjected to fine separation treatment in the subsequent step, and the solid is subjected to a harmless treatment in the subsequent step.
  4. After the sieving treatment, the sludge is heated and modulated, and then enters the ultra-high-speed separation device for fine separation treatment.
  5. After the separation, the liquid enters the three separation devices and is subjected to three separation treatments of oil, water and mud; the solids enter the post-process and are harmlessly treated.
  6. After the three-phase separation is completed, the oil and water are separately stored, and the solid is further heated and modulated, and then separated.


Special note: Oily sludge is passed through GN mechanical separation equipment and needs to be combined with suitable chemicals and heat treatment. Different materials and different chemical agents will have different actual processing amounts and treatment effects. There may be deviations in the throughput of the device from the amount of drug used.
