GN mud-water separation system sold to pipe jacking engineering company

GN Solids Control has a complete treatment plan and technology in the mud-water separation treatment and can provide advanced complete sets of mud-water separation systems. With the increase in environmental protection requirements of various countries, the process requirements for the separation and treatment of muddy water are also getting higher and higher. GN Solids Control provides a complete set of processing technology to meet customer requirements on site. The specific equipment is as follows:

1. Shale shaker

GN Solids Control uses Italian OLI or American Martin motor for shale shaker, and Siemens Schneider for electrical components. Heavy load design, overall heat treatment of the screen box, vibration intensity up to 8.0G, to meet the use of various working conditions. The shale shaker is mainly used for primary screening to separate solid particles above 100um. At the same time, the size of the screened particles can be adjusted by adjusting the mesh of the shale shaker.

2. Desander

The liquid phase after being processed by the GN Solids Control shale shaker is pumped to the desander cyclone by a transfer pump. The desander cyclone is available in 10″ and 12″ models, which can separate solid particles above 40-60um. . The cyclone is made of polyurethane material, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life.

3. Desludge cyclone

The liquid phase treated by the desander cyclone enters the deslagging cyclone. The deslagging cyclone is 4″ and can separate solid particles above 20-40um. The cyclone is made of polyurethane, which is wear-resistant and has a long service life. .

4. Desanding pump, desilting pump

The slurry is supplied to the desander cyclone and the deslagging cyclone. The slurry pump used by GN Solids Control is a centrifugal pump produced by itself. The centrifugal pump adopts a mechanical seal, which can be interchanged with Mission pump parts.

If you have any requirements on the mud-water separation treatment process, you are welcome to call.
