1) Chemical enhancing centrifuge system configuration:

a. one sets small mud tank to suspending the oily sludge before treatment. Mud Agitator installed to get better performance

b. Chemical enhancing system. The user can add chemicals from upside hopper. All the motor in Chemical enhancing system is controlled by a separate panel mounted on the system

c. one sets GNLW363CG-VFD centrifuge. This centrifuge speed can be easily adjusted by the separate VFD control panel and get stepless speed adjustment. The centrifuge can reach to 3200RPM, remove ultra fine solids 2-5 microns. There is a catching tank beneath the centrifuge to hold the liquids parts discharged from decanter centrifuge.

All the parts is designed on a 11 meter longer oilfield skid, with lifting points for easier movement.

d. Screw conveyors is also necessary for the system, to transferring solids discharge / for other application.
