Oil Field Drilling Equipments are composed of different kinds of oilfield equipment including drilling equipment, workover equipment and production equipment. The world’s famous standard for oilfield drilling equipments are API standard (The American Petroleum Institute (API).
A drilling rig is a machine which creates holes (usually called boreholes) and/or shafts in the ground. Drilling rigs can be massive structures housing equipment used to drill water wells, oil wells, or natural gas extraction wells or they can be small enough to be moved manually by one person.hey sample sub-surface mineral deposits, test rock, soil and groundwater physical properties, and also can be used to install sub-surface fabrications, such as underground utilities, instrumentation, tunnels or wells. Drilling rigs can be mobile equipment mounted on trucks, tracks or trailers, or more permanent land or marine-based structures (such as oil platforms, commonly called ‘offshore oil rigs’ even if they don’t contain a drilling rig). The term “rig” therefore generally refers to the complex of equipment that is used to penetrate the surface of the earth’s crust.
GN Solids Control is one of China leading manufacturer of solids control equipment
includes centrifuges, shale shakers, desanders, degassers, desilters, mud cleaners, agitators, mud gas separator, shearing pumps, and sand pumps etc.
- Workover Rigs.
Workover rigs includes offshore and onshore workover rigs, which range from 150 HP to 1,000 HP. The service depth of our workover rigs usually equipped with Caterpillar diesel engines and Allison transmissions is from 8,000 ft to 30,000 ft.
- Drilling Equipment.
Drilling equipments including masts, substructures, drawworks, crown blocks, traveling blocks, hooks, hook blocks, swivels, rotary tables, and top drives. The rated load of our AC/VFD drive top drives is from 190 tons to 1,000 tons.
Triplex Mud Pumps is a reciprocating piston/plunger device designed to circulate drilling fluid under high pressure (up to 7500 PSI) down the drill string and back up the annulus.Triplex Mud Pumps come in a variety of sizes and configurations but for the typical petroleum drilling rig, the triplex (three piston/plunger) mud pump is the pump of choice. Duplex mud pumps (two piston/plungers) have generally been replaced by the triplex pump, but are still common in developing countries. A later development is the Hex pump with six pistons/plungers.
- Well Control Equipment.
Well Control Equipment includes Shaffer and Cameron type blowout preventers, which include annular and ram type BOPs. Also included in our well control equipment are BOP closing units, choke manifolds, and kill manifolds.
- Oil Country Tubular Goods.
Oil Country Tubular goods includes drill pipes, heavy weight drill pipes, drill collars, casing and tubing. Our drill pipes are usually should be in accordance with API Spec 5D and their sizes are from 2-3/8″ to 6-5/8″. The steel grades of the drill pipes include E75, X95, G105, and S135.
