Because solids control or mud system is separate part for the workover rig, it has no closed relationship with the rig layout, not like chock manifold, mud pump, generator house, change house/tool room. You can get 1/2 price to get from solids control manufacturer than from rig package. Because usually rig manufacture did not produce solids control, they buy from producer, and double the price.
