This week, GN Solids Control delivered 4 sets of pipe jacking mud purification units to Southeast Asian customers, including 2 sets of GNMS-15000D and 2 sets of GNMS-1000D systems, which can handle up to 1500 GPM and 1000 GPM depending on on-site treatment conditions. Its main configuration is as follows:
1. GNMS-1500D trenchless mud purification device
The GNMS-1500D trenchless mud purification unit consists of a GNZS707 double-layer shale shaker and two 16-inch desander cyclones, a compact mud tank and a centrifugal pump. The mud first passes through the lower coarse screen of the GNZS707 vibrating screen, and the separated solid phase is directly discharged from the vibrating screen. The liquid phase is collected by the mud tank below, and transported to the de-sanding cyclone by the centrifugal sand pump, and the liquid-phase mud is recovered and reused through the separation of the de-sanding cyclone. The solid phase falls to the upper layer of the vibrating screen for fine screening, and part of the mud is recovered again for the next cycle. The solid phase is directly discharged from the upper layer of the vibrating screen.
2. GNMS-1000D trenchless mud purification device
It is similar to GNMS-1500D trenchless mud purification device, GNMS-1000D consists of a GNZS705 double-layer vibrating screen and two 10-inch desander cyclones, compact mud tank, centrifugal sand pump. Its working principle is the same as GNMS-1500D.
