Recently, a Chinese engineering company signed a purchase order for four mud separation systems with GN Solids Control. Now GN Solids Control is intensively producing to ensure that the order is delivered on schedule.
The customer of this project is an order signed after full technical exchanges and factory inspections in the early stage. The customer fully understands the technology and production strength of GN Solids Control, and has a better understanding and trust in our company. So, nowadays the mud processing equipment market is mixed with different capabilities, how should customers choose a mud purification system? Below I summarize the following tips:
1. Look: Looking at the product appearance and processing details, a company’s manufacturing capabilities and business philosophy can be directly reflected from the product appearance. The control of details reflects a company’s rigorous attitude.
2. Comparison: compare operating costs. No matter which processing equipment is, there are corresponding wearing parts, such as shaker screens, springs, cyclones, sand pump impellers, centrifugal pump casings, etc., and the materials used for wearing parts , Structure and processing technology can directly affect the service life, that is to say, choosing a reliable brand can directly save operating costs.
3. Test: Test the treatment effect of the equipment. The sand content of the mud after treatment is the most important indicator to reflect the treatment effect. The current minimum indicator is 5%, that is, the sand content in the mud after treatment cannot exceed 5%, otherwise It will adversely affect the mud pump and mud performance.
How to judge: Buy a special mud testing instrument and put it on the construction site. Client will praise you for your professionalism! (If you touch the pulp back with your hands and feel the sensation of sticking your hands, it will basically exceed 5%)
4. Measurement: The actual treatment capacity of the equipment is measured. The mud equipment nameplate has the treatment capacity content. If the treatment capacity of 50m³/h is filled on the nameplate, the actual treatment capacity should be 50m³/h. The treatment capacity varies with the mud condition. There will be slight changes, but the work efficiency is generally not less than 80%.
