High speed Decanter Centrifuges are used to process unweighted and weighted, water-based and oil-based drilling fluids (muds). Mechanical energy is utilized to increase the gravitational force exerted on solids that are present in the mud system. high speed decanter centrifuges are able to apply over 3,000 G-forces on the liquid/solids mixture, which separates the heavier solids from the lighter solids. Additionally, high G-forces separate fine solids from liquid.

In early oil exploration, drilling rigs were semi-permanent in nature and the derricks were often built on site and left in place after the completion of the well. In more recent times drilling rigs are expensive custom-built machines that can be moved from well to well. Some light duty drilling rigs are like a mobile crane and are more usually used to drill water wells. Larger land rigs must be broken apart into sections and loads to move to a new place, a process which can often take weeks. You need solids control equipments to suit the right mobile drilling rig.

Small mobile drilling rigs are also used to drill or bore piles. Rigs can range from 100 ton continuous flight auger (CFA) rigs to small air powered rigs used to drill holes in quarries, etc. These rigs use the same technology and equipment as the oil drilling rigs, just on a smaller scale.

The drilling mechanisms outlined below differ mechanically in terms of the machinery used, but also in terms of the method by which drill cuttings are removed from the cutting face of the drill and returned to surface.

A 3,The whole mud cleaner is combine by picture3 shaker and picture4 desilter.The hydrocylone desilter is installed above the shaker.No desander.

1，Can you adjust the deck angle on your shale shakers ?
The shale shaker deck angle adjustment is: 0°～3°, following picture is an unfinished equipment we are making for our indian customer,we will give you the tool for adjustment.

2,Can the top screen be the same size as the bottom or is this not necessary ?
This is not necessary,actually,we design it according to your treating capacity,for yours,the top screen is smaller than the bottom screen.

We got an inquiry for a directional drilling mud system.

Jessie , We currently own a 4,000 gal mud recycler which our company built ourselves which the current shale  shaker does not seem to work properly .

We are a trenchless directional drilling company and have been in the industry for 15 years .

The recycle we own has a three tank system , a settling 2,0000 l , a desilt 4,000l and a active clean tank 11,000 approx values .

This directional drilling mud system has 2   4×3 pumps which 1 is used for running 6 x 3″ hydro cyclones and the other to drive mud guns and to charge the drill rig mud pump

The shaker is a double decker (doublelife from Oklahoma USA ) with 5ft x 4ft screens . The bottom is used as scalper shale shaker and the top handles the underflow from the hydrocylones(drying screens) . This is the directional drilling mud  system weakness and we want to improve this but still use the current tank structure .

The genset we have is a 85kva .
