How to use a vibrator of shale shaker, it contains two keys: disassembly of the bibrator of shale shaker, reassembly of shale shaker. And you need exactly remmber that disconnect power to the electric motor and lock the disconnect swithch in the open position.
Disassembly of the Vibrator of Shale Shaker
WARNING: Disconnect power to the electric motor and lock the disconnect swithch in the open position.
 Shale Shaker Motor 1. Remove motor and drive pulley guard.
2. Remove the counterweight guard from both ends of the vibrator shaft.
3. Loosen the four motor support bolts located under the motor, loosen the V-belts and remove them.
4. Remove the V-belt sheave , by first loosening its taper lock hub.
5. Remove the counterweights , by removing the clamp screws and reusing the screw to open the slots in the counterweights, by tightening the screws into the tapped holes.
6. Remove the collars and the retainers with the Spiro lox rings in their grooves. Remove cartridge cap screws.
7. Remove retaining ring from the drive side only. By striking on one end of the shaft with a lead hammer or a hammer and a block of hardwood, it is possible to start to drive out the cartridge on the other side.
8. Then it should be easy to pry either or both cartridges loose from their bores in the housing ends. If difficulty is experienced a cartridge can be bumped from the inside by striking the shaft again at the other end. When one cartridge is removed the shaft can be slipped from the housing. MFX Series screens are general duty screen panels. This series of screens utilize tensile bolting cloth and are available in mesh sizes from 6 to 400. As with all Fluid Systems, Inc. O.E.M. screen panels, each screen is factory tensioned to eliminate improper tension in the field.
FMS series screens utilize the same cloth as MF screens with the addition of a perforated support plate and are available in mesh sizes from 10 to 400.The support plate offers extra support for heavy loading and reparability of damaged or worn sections of the screen panel. As with all Fluid Systems,Inc. O.E.M. screen panels, each screen is factory tensioned to eliminate improper tensioning in the field.

Clients often asks us about desander and desilter selection,what model and how many cones should they use.Do they need to use shale shaker before the desander and desilter.
 desander desilter shaker The desander and desilter selection depends on particle size:
A,If you use 10″ desander before desilter,max particle size:47microns
B,If you do not use desander,but use shale shaker before desilter,you should use not less then 100mesh=149microns screen before desilter
C,For desander,you should use shaker,whose screen should be better not less then 40mesh=420microns
D,Suggesting Particle size rangle for 4″ desilter is from 15microns to 47 microns
Treating capacity of desander and desilter.
One ea Desilter cones 4″=15m³/h,one ea desander cones 10″=90m³/h Desander cones 11”=110m³/h.For small treating capacity,people may select single desander or desilter.For large treating capacity,it’s better to choose desander and desilter combination,also called mud cleaner,with linear motion shale shaker.

An offshore drilling company require the degasser from us
The drill vessel Belford Dolphin rig is considering installing a Diverter line degasser , in the vessels present offshore drilling location , the wells are subject to gas suspension in the riser (deepwater exploration) , venting this off via the choke and kill manifold to the present Poor Boy degasser is not suitable.
 mud degasser The plan that is being researched at present is to install a degasser in the diverter line returning to the gumbo box.
Your model ZYQ1000 mud gas separator or ZYQ1200 poor boy degasser is of interest to the vessel, please advise if a larger inlet can be fitted to these units IE 8” as opposed to a 5” inlet
