Russia is a rich market for oil & gas drilling. With local base, office with warehouse, the Russia market will be easier to support. GN Solids Control, as China top company for solids control & waste management equipment manufacturer, has set up Russia office one year after America branch office. After that, GN got big order from Russia Baker Hughes with 4 complete sets of drilling cuttings treatment system ( 4 Vertical cuttings dryer + 4 high speed decanter centrifuge).

Recently, GN Solids Control got another order from Russia Drilling Company. They buy 4 sets of high speed centrifuge and 4 sets of screw conveyor for solids control mud weight cutting.

 1) Fixed speed screw pump

Vertical Cuttings Dryer is key equipment for drilling cuttings treatment. During drilling process, the customer may use water based mud for former stage operation, and oil base mud may be coming later for deep drilling operation. Some customer may buy two sets on line drilling cuttings treatment for water based mud and oil based mud separately. Some user want to reduce budget and only prepare one set on line drilling cuttings treatment for water based mud and oil based mud drilling cuttings.

Hi-G dryer shaker:  Hi-G dryer is popular used for water based mud drilling cuttings treatment. After Hi-G dryer, high speed centrifuge will be followed for further treating. After treated by centrifuge, solids parts can be used for construction; liquid part can be further treatment by flocculent unit.

Vertical-G dryer:  Vertical-G dryer is popular used for oil based mud drilling cuttings treatment. After treated by Vertical-G dryer, the solids control can be further treated by TDU; the liquid part can be transferred to shale shaker again. Mud tank is the base for mud system, all the solids control equipment should be mounted on mud tank for operation. We have large quantity of mud tank sales in domestic market; for overseas market, we recommend customer do it locally to avoid pretty high freight cost. However, there are still some customers from Middle East and Africa bought mud tanks from us due to instable of local political issues.

Recently, we ship one mud tank with mud agitators, mud guns to Iraq. The customer is locally oil service company with many years industrial experience. The mud tank will be used as drilling mud storage tank.

GNLW363BG-VFD with extensive application can be used for solids control ( barite recovery, mud weight cutting) and also drilling waste management ( remove fine solids from drilling cuttings) and also waste water treatment.

VG Dryer is new product for China manufacturer. GN Solids Control is the first company who do R & D on it. After first generation and second generation VG dryer, now GN win many market with third generation VG dryer. Many customer shift to GN from Swaco Dryer and SCI Dryer.

GN VG dryer can be used for both water based mud and oil based mud.

GN Solids Control centrifuge is widely used in different field application. Recently, we have 3 sets of centrifuge ready for delivery to Middle East. 1 set big bowl big capacity variable speed centrifuge GNLW553-VFD, 1 set high speed and fixed speed centrifuge GNLW363BG and 1 set high speed and fixed speed mini centrifuge The customer use the centrifuge for oil sludge treatment.

GNLW553-VFD is the big bowl centrifuge from GN Solids Control. This is mainly used for fast drilling cut mud weight or micro tunneling projects. It can also be used for fine/ultra fine solids separation, barite recovery and zero-discharge dewatering.

GNLW553 centrifuge only variable speed available. The centrifuge can start with one separate VFD control panel. The centrifuge can start from 0 to 2500rpm smoothly and will not arouse very big momentary current. A 200kva generator is OK.

They want to match a small mud system to recycle the drilling mud effectively to save cost. After we show our project list for different users with Ditch Witch Rig, Vermeer Rig, American Augers Rig, the prime drilling rig customer is much impressive on GN compact mud system.

Now the Prime drilling rig mud system is ready for delivery. It is equipped with solids control equipment as below:

one unit of small mud tank which can be put into one 20feet container;

one unit of mini mud cleaner with 2 panel shale shaker ( GNZS752) and 4 each 4inch desilter cones; the treating capacity is 200gpm.

One unit of centrifugal pump installed in slope tank for feeding desilter cones

One unit of centrifugal pump installed in the end of the mud tank to mixing hopper.

One unit of centrifugal pump as spare parts, which can be replace each of the pump for feeding desilter cone or for mixing hoppper

One unit of control panel; the user just need to plug the power generator with the control panel and then can use the the compact mud system. If for generator, it may require 100KW generator. We can also buy the generator for customer and match for them.
