1) Middle Speed Decanter Centrifuge

The client is local HDD contractor with some HDD drilling rigs. At the beginning of this year, they got one big project for gas pipelines from local government and they realize the necessary of one set middle speed decanter centrifuge to continue the work. After several rounds discussion, the client finally choose 18inch decanter centrifuge GNLW452C-VFD. This model centrifuge can have bowl speed from 0 to 1800RPM; treating capacity can reach to 60m3/h, equal to 260gpm. The centrifuge is equipped with one 45kw motor, total energy consumption is also lower than dual motor centrifuge.

The client choose variable speed centrifuge as flexible use option. GNLW363CG-VFD is the most popular centrifuge model for oil drilling market, as well as drilling waste management application. The centrifuge can reach to 3200RPM bowl speed; the differential speed can also be adjusted to get better working performance.

As GN drilling waste management system is working well for Russia clients, this is the fourth containerized type drilling cuttings management system sent to Russia oil Service Company. Big Clients from Russia always prefer this containerized design that could make all equipment indoor, to avoid the cold surroundings and ensure the machinery running smoothly in cold weather. Operator could run the equipment inside, and this standard container type is also convenient for transportation by sea.

Vertical cuttings dryer is one of the important equipment for waste cuttings management system. The waste slurry can be separated into much dryer solid discharges and recover liquid after treatment of cuttings dryer. The cuttings dryer unit in this project is 4^th generation model dryer with normal RPM of 900, equipped with air knife system and flushing system for cleaning of screen and liquid discharge ring during equipment running. This can also be used to avoid block inside the cuttings dryer.Vacuum cuttings pump is used to transfer the waste material into the vertical cuttings dryer. The advantage of using the Vacuum cuttings pump is less limitation to locate it and this type pump works very well for high density waste transportation. As backup, we also provide one set screw conveyor for feeding the cuttings dryer in case the cuttings pump not fit for some special cuttings. Another set Screw conveyor is also provided to install under the dryer unit to transfer the solid discharges out to the container.

After treatment of cuttings dryer, the recovered fluids need to go to centrifuge for further treatment. The high speed Decanter centrifuge with bowl speed up to 3200RPM separation points can be about 5-10microns. Centrifuge can separate much fine solids with bowl speed range 2700RPM to 3200RPM. We match variable speed VFD control panel for easier operation. With PLC touch screen, the operator can adjust the centrifuge bowl speed, differential speed and pump feed speed very easily.

Additional, there is waste cuttings skip to collect the cuttings coming from the conveyor. This cuttings skips is also design and made by GN Solids Control with cover for hazardous material further transportation.

1) Centrifugal pumps, agitators, slurry pump in stock for urgent project
We already sign agreement with the supplier of the main parts (coupling, bearing, gearbox, etc) for centrifugal pumps, agitators, slurry pump etc. In this case, the supply period of the main parts can be reduced. Thus, the total delivery time of the complete sets of solids control equipment can also be improved efficiently.
2) shale shaker in stock for urgent project
We don’t have complete sets shale shaker in stock. We have main parts for immediately assemble in stock. And generally we need about 5 days for the assembly. The assembly parts for shale shaker or mud cleaner or desander or desilter are the same. The stock parts can improve the delivery rate in a high efficiency.

3) Decanter centrifuge in stock for urgent project
GN Solids Control have over 30 sets decanter centrifuge in stock for urgent project requirement. Formerly, we make the centrifuge by orders. And the normal delivery time should be about 30 days. But now, you can contact us for urgent project. And the delivery time generally can meet the requirements of the most clients.

Except for stock in China facility, GN Solids Control also have some branches in USA, Russia, Australia, Argentina, UAE, Iran and Egypt. Our facility in USA already in operation for over 3 years, and we improve the market there based the facility. Our facility in Russia in operation for over 2 years and we improve the market there also. For other places, we have some agent for better service.

We always have stock shaker screen, centrifuge, vertical cuttings dryer and shale shaker in stock in our Houston facility. After we sell some product, we will supply it again from China headquarter. We just have one batch of centrifuges and shaker screen coming from Houston seaport. The batch equipment include: 2 sets GNLW223 decanter centrifuge, and 7 pcs wooden boxes of shaker screen. The Mini centrifuge GNLW223 is generally used for diamond drilling, mining, piling, or other construction industry. The shaker screen is used as replacement shaker screen for Swaco Mongoose shaker screen, Derrick DE1000 shaker screen, Nov brandt king cobra shaker screen etc. In year of 2014, one client from Canada bought 10 sets GNLW223 MINI centrifuge for diamond drilling project. The fine work performance and lower price make clients very happy and we build long term relationship after that order.
