The 5 sets of drilling oil-based mud non-falling equipment have passed the third-party acceptance of the customer.

The 5 sets of drilling rig mud non-falling equipment mainly include the following equipment:

1. 5 sets of vertical cuttings dryer and skid-mounted lifting bracket

   The core equipment for drying and processing of oil-based cuttings that do not fall to the ground, its model is GNCD930G. It can meet the requirements of large-scale 2000HP (80 type drilling rig) oil-based cuttings without falling to the ground.

2. 10 sets of decanter centrifuges and skid-mounted brackets

   Among them, 5 sets of decanter centrifuges are used for the customer’s drilling rig solid control mud treatment, and the other 5 sets of decanter centrifuges are used for the separation of fine particles of drilling fluid discharged from the supporting dryer, so as to meet the reuse of oil-based mud that does not fall to the ground. This time the customer purchased GN’s best-selling model: GNLW363D, including 5 power frequency centrifuges and 5 variable frequency centrifuges.

3. Auxiliary equipment for drilling oil-based mud without landing

    Auxiliary equipment includes 40 GNSC series screw conveyors, some of which are used to feed the dryer, and some of the screw conveyors are used to convey the slag material to the centrifuge and the dryer. The screw conveyor is also equipped with a mechanical speed regulation function and an electric control start control cabinet. In addition, the auxiliary equipment purchased by the customer also includes 15 screw pumps, of which 5 are used to flush the cuttings dryer and 10 are used to feed the decanter centrifuge.

1. GN drilling fluid shale shaker

GN shale shaker uses Italian OLI or American Martin motor, and Siemens Schneider is used for electrical components. The shale shaker is mainly used for first-level screening to separate solid particles above 100um. 2. GN mud cleaner

The GN Slurry Cleaner is a compact treatment unit that incorporates a desander and desilter on the shaker to form a compact all-in-one module that saves a lot of money compared to using the shaker, desander and desilter alone Use space and facilitate transportation. The mud cleaner provided to customers is equipped with a 10-inch desilting cyclone and a 4-inch desilting cyclone. The desilting cyclone can separate solid particles above 40-60um, and the desilting cyclone can separate 20-40um. The above solid particles provide guarantee for subsequent mud recovery and centrifuge use.

With the increasing difficulty of oil drilling development, more and more oil-based muds are used in drilling, but oil-containing drilling cuttings will be generated during the use of oil-based muds, which will cause great harm to the environment. 1. GN Solids Control oil-based vertical cuttings dryer

The cuttings dryer uses the centrifugal force generated by mechanical rotation to realize the separation of solid-liquid mixture, and can recover the liquid phase in the cuttings. Drill cuttings pass through the feeding port and enter the space between the screen basket and the screw through the distribution plate. The rotating speed of the GN cuttings dryer is up to 900RPM and the separation factor is 420G. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase and small particles (centrifugal liquid) pass through the material layer, pass through the screen basket, and flow along the upper cover into the upper part of the machine base. The solid part of the drill cuttings is kept inside the screen basket, because there is a speed difference between the rotor scraper and the screen basket, the rotor scraper will remove the drill cuttings from the screen. The screen basket is scraped off and pushed to the bottom of the screen basket, so that the dehydrated drill cuttings are discharged into the collecting funnel under the machine or the bottom screw conveyor.

 

2. Waste treatment decanter centrifuge

The decanter centrifuge can further process the liquid phase separated by the cuttings dryer to reduce the density, so that the oil-based mud can be reused. After the main rotor parts are processed by high-precision CNC equipment, the centrifuge goes through three dynamic balancing processes, including the 1800RPM medium-speed dynamic balance of the main rotor components, the high-speed dynamic balance of the actual working speed of the screw rotor, and the overall dynamic balance to ensure centrifugal The machine runs stably under high-speed conditions.

3. Screw conveyor

Screw conveyors are widely used in the transportation of solid waste in the treatment of drilling waste mud. The GN Solids Control screw conveyor has a support frame, which better protects the motor reducer, and at the same time improves the rigidity of the conveyor to meet the installation requirements of different working conditions. The upper cover of the screw conveyor can be protected by a detachable sealing plate or steel grating to improve the safety of use. 4. Screw pump
