1. Double-layer shale shaker

2. Sand removal cleaner GNZJ703F-2S

GNZJ703F-2S desander cleaner is a combination of desander and vibrating screen, with a compact structure. The desander adopts two 10-inch desander cyclones, which are used to deal with the solid phase of large particles treated by the vibrating screen. .

3. Desilting cleaner GNZJ703F-12N

The desilter cleaner is composed of a vibrating screen and a desilter. The desilter is composed of 12 4-inch desilter cyclones, which are mainly used to remove solid particles larger than 25 microns in the mud.

4. Sludge dewatering large drum centrifuge GNLW764A-VFD

GNLW764A-VFD centrifuge is a large drum centrifuge independently developed by GN Solids Control. The length-diameter ratio of the centrifuge is 4.2:1. It is mainly used in shield mud treatment, river dredging and other industries. Stable performance and so on. 6. Centrifugal pump

Centrifugal pump is mainly used to supply slurry to desander cleaner and deslimer cleaner in the system. The pump adopts mechanical seal, which has long service life and reliable performance.

7. Solid-liquid separation mud tank

The system is equipped with three sets of mud tanks for the customer, which are mainly used to install vibrating screen, de-sand cleaner, de-sludge cleaner and store the treated mud.

3. Slurry tank module

The mud storage tank module is similar in function to the mud mixing module. It is used to store the purified mud of the purification module and the new mud produced by the mud mixing module. It is mainly composed of a 12000x2400x2500mm mud tank and supporting agitators, mud guns, explosion-proof lighting and other equipment. composition.

4. Other supporting equipment
