2, dosing dehydration system: GNDW-2000L

In order to obtain a better dewatering effect in the treatment of drilling mud tailings, it needs to be used with a chemical dosing system. This system is matched with the GNDW-2000L chemical dosing system for customers, which can realize automatic dosing and reduce human intervention, To obtain better dosing effect.

 

3, mud tank

The tail slurry treatment system customized for the customer this time is matched with the matching mud tank for the customer according to the customer’s on-site working conditions. The size of the mud tank is 6000x2500x2400mm, which is mainly used to collect the liquid phase after the decanter centrifuge. The customer installed supporting artificial walkway guardrails and ladders.

1. Desander machine

According to the requirements of the customer’s processing capacity, our company matched the GNZY705E-Y2S de-sanding integrated machine for the customer. The integrated machine vibrating screen adopts a double-layer vibrating screen. The upper layer is used to process the solid phase sieved from the desanding cyclone for drying and sieving again to obtain drier cuttings and recover more shield mud. The desanding cyclone adopts a polyurethane material cyclone, which can effectively extend the service life of the desanding cyclone, and a 55KW sand pump is used as the slurry supply pump for the GN Solids Control desanding integrated machine.

2. All-in-one desilter machine

For this shield mud-water separation system, our company matched the GNZY752E-Y12N desilting integrated machine and equipped with an underflow screen. When the mud is transported by the slurry supply pump to the desilting cyclone for cyclone separation, the liquid phase is separated from the cyclone. The upper part of the flow device is discharged into the slurry tank, and the solid phase falls into the bottom flow screen for solid-liquid separation again, to obtain a better separation effect. In order to effectively extend the service life of the sludge cyclone, the cyclone made of polyurethane material is also selected.

3. Mud tank and accessories

The GN Solids Control desander cleaner is a combination of the GN Solids Control desander and the vibrating screen. It has a compact structure design and can effectively save working space. The GN Solids Control desander uses a 10-inch polyurethane material cyclone, and is matched with a GN Solids Control shale shaker at the bottom of the cyclone. The sand removal cleaner is mainly used to remove harmful solid phases above 45 microns in drilling mud. The working principle is mainly to centrifugal pump the mud into the cyclone with a certain lift through the sand pump, and the heavier solid phase flows in the shell through the cyclone. It falls inside the body, and finally falls on the shale shaker for re-screening. The light liquid phase is discharged from the top of the cyclone into the slurry tank.

The GN Solids Control desilter cleaner, like the degreasing cleaner, combines a desilter and a shaker screen. Unlike the desilter, the GN Solids Control desilter uses a 4-inch polyurethane cyclone. A vibrating screen is also installed at the bottom of the cyclone to re-screen the solid phase discharged by the de-sludge cyclone, recover more useful drilling mud, and get drier drilling cuttings. The GN Solids Control desilter can remove harmful solids above 25 microns in the drilling mud, and is generally installed after the vibrating screen and de-sander.
