Since the dryer is a high-speed operation equipment like decanter centrifuge, it requires high internal parts and it is especially important to carry out necessary maintenance and maintenance on a regular basis. The following is a brief introduction to the daily maintenance and maintenance of the dryer.

 

After the first use of the dryer for half a month, the new oil should be replaced. Every other month, the oil filter net is cleaned with kerosene once, and the oil contamination and deterioration are checked. The oil change time is determined according to the oil quality. The maximum length cannot exceed six. Months. When replacing the new oil, the oil pipe, oil filter net and fuel tank should be cleaned. If the oil filter net is worn or damaged, replace the new oil filter net and check the tightness of the oil pipe. The main motor and oil pump motor are lubricated separately with grease. The motor grease is replenished every 2,500 hours. The grease is recommended according to the manual.

Inspection and routine maintenance

Daily routine inspection content:
