GN Solids Control have in contact with Oilfield Services A for over 2 years. The client is local Solids Control oilfield service company and have business with some local oil drilling companies, as well as some overseas drilling company.  We met this company first time in Houston, USA, OTC exhibition, and after that, we met this client in NOG oil show 2015, which host in Abuja, Nigeria. After more meetings, the client is trust in the high quality of GN decanter centrifuge and buy one set high speed centrifuge recently. The client also bought one batch of shaker screen which replacement screen for Scomi shale shakers.

GN Solids Control replacement shaker screen for USA brand shale shakers is very high cost-effective, longer lifetime, good working performance and lower unit price. We have general client purchase shaker screen from GN each year in containers.

GN Solids Control can offer complete line of solids control equipment, drilling mud system. The power source is various pumps; we are also original manufacturer for various pumps, including screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, submersible slurry pumps, shear pumps etc.

Recently, we have several order ready for delivery, I concluded all the pumps used for recent project, and find that pumps & electric control panels is also big value. There are 12 sets centrifugal pumps, 4 sets submersible slurry pumps, 9 sets of screw pumps.

1) GN Centrifugal pumps & Electric control panel

GN centrifugal pumps is replacement for NOV brandt mission pumps, Pump shell and impeller is wear-resisting material, pump with Kansai heavy anticorrosive paint, longer lifetime. We can match solids control mud system with centrifugal pump, we can also only sell the pump for client’s actual application.

We generally can match electrical control panel & cable to connect from pump motor to control panel for convenient use.

2) GN Submersible slurry pump & Electric control panel

GN Submersible slurry pump can be used for fluids transfer with big particles. It is single stage and single suction slurry pump. The pump shell and impeller no bearing, no shaft seal, which can transport great medium of solids particles.

The slurry pump can be installed in mud tank to transfer mud out, can be installed on mud pit in HDD jobsite.

We can also match electric control panel & cable connection from slurry pump motor to control panel.

Shaker screen is wearing parts of shale shaker, and the client need to replace it frequently as per drilling speed and drilling conditions.  To serve better of our client, GN Solids Control start the design and manufacture of shaker screen from the foundation of company. We can offer GN model shaker screen, and also we can offer replacement shaker screen for US brand shale shakers, eg. replacement screen for Derrick shaker, replacement screen for Swaco Mongoose shaker, replacement screen for NOV brandt king cobra shaker. As per the jobsite feedback, our replacement screen is accepted well with jobsite engineers, lifetime and performance is similar to original brand shaker screens.

Recently, we export one large quantity of replacement screen for Swaco Mongoose shaker to Middle East. The client is GN VIP client; they buy same quantity of screens last year, and repeat order after they know the good performance from drilling site acceptance.  The client came to GN factory for shaker screen inspection; they are very satisfied with the shaker screen quality, appearance, packages, etc. shipping status.

1) GN 32 sets centrifuge order for Africa

At the beginning of this year, January, we got big order from Africa. The client buy 32 sets centrifuge to support 16 drilling rigs solids control centrifuge application. Our company deliver all the centrifuge within 2-3 months. This order help GN take a big step to expand production capacity in short time. Now per feedback, the centrifuge is working very fine at rigsite.
