Recently, GN Solids Control provided a set of oil drilling mud control systems for Indian customers, including double-deck vibrating screens, vacuum degassers, desilters, centrifuges, slurry pumps and mud tanks.
1. Double-deck shale shaker
Linear motion track, using Oli motor, screen box can be adjusted simultaneously, screen box angle adjustment can be performed without stopping. Different mesh screens are used on the upper and lower decks, separation is more precise, processing capacity is large, and it is widely used in large-scale oil and gas drilling mud control systems.
GN Solids Control’s vacuum degasser comes in three models, including GNZCQ240B, processing capacity 240m³/h; GNZCQ270B, processing capacity 270m³/h; GNZCQ360B, processing capacity 360m³/h, to meet the requirements of different processing capacities. The vacuum degasser is mainly used to separate small bubbles in the drilling mud, and then sent to the desilter or desander. A vacuum degasser designed to meet the requirements for use on offshore platforms in China is also available.
3. Desilter
The desilter is mainly composed of two 10-inch desilter cyclones, which can separate solid particles larger than 40-60 µm.
4. Desander
The desander is mainly composed of 12 10-inch desander cyclones, which can separate solid particles larger than 20-40 µm.
5. Centrifuge
GN Solids Control drilling fluid centrifuges come in multiple sizes to choose from, including 14 inches, 18 inches and 22 inches. GN Solids Control drilling fluid centrifuges are designed and manufactured by API-certified factory, and are widely used worldwide. The GNLW363D horizontal screw centrifuge provided is one of the best-selling centrifuges in GN, and has sold more than units. Conventional mud control systems are equipped with two centrifuges, a medium-speed centrifuge and a high-speed centrifuge, while GN Solids Control’s GNLW363D centrifuge is a typical high-speed centrifuge with good treatment effect and economic benefits, and is popular with customers.
GN Solids Control centrifugal pump components can be replaced with Mishen sand pump components. To extend the service life of the centrifugal sand pump, GN Solids Control centrifugal pump uses nodular cast iron alloy as the pump housing, which has high wear resistance. The impeller of the centrifugal sand pump also uses this material, and high-quality mechanical seals are used to prevent leakage of the centrifugal pump.
