Though mud conditioning system theortically including well control lines, solids control systems, fluids treatment equipments and fluids transfer equipment etc., the main components is degasser, shale shaker, jet mud mixer, mud tank, sand pump, and other spare parts.
ZYQ series Mud gas separator(Poor Boy Degasser) is professional equipment to treat the gas invade mud. When the drilling mud result gas invade, the proportion of its weight and viscosity have a greater deviation not to meet the requirements of drilling.
Shale shaker is first phase solids control equipment in drilling fluids processing system, also known as key solids control equipment in drilling mud system, shale shaker decides performance of the whole solids control system.
SLH series Jet Mud mixer is special equipment to prepare and increase the drilling fluids weight by adding and mixing bentonite, change the fluid density, change the mud density, viscosity, and dehydration. The effect is more prominent matching with Shear Pump.
Type FG and ZG Mud Tank designed and manufactured by our company is devided into Square tank and Cone-shaped tank according to the shape of tank bottom. The body of the tank is made of welding the steel plate and section, using the flat cone-shape structure or the corrugated structure. The mud tank surface and the passage are made of the slipping resistant steel plate and linearity netted steel plate which is produced by the professional factory, the mud tanks are made of the side steel pipe, all of the structure can be folded without barrier and pegged reliably.
Sand pump is the major centrifugal pump in drilling. SB series Sand Pump is the ideal equipment to provide impetus for Desander 、Desilter and Jet Mud Mixer. It can also be used as Charge Pump auxiliary perfusion for mud pump and Trip Pump for drilling well head. Sand pump is also called centrifugal pump.
