			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a title="natural gas drilling rig" href="http://ilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com/oil-field-drilling-rig-equipment-complete-list/" target="_blank">Natural gas drilling rigs</a> can be used not only to identify geologic reservoirs but also to create holes that allow the extraction of natural gas from those reservoirs. Primarily in onshore gas fields once a well has been drilled, the drilling rig will be moved off of the well and a service rig (a smaller rig) that is purpose-built for completions will be moved on to the well to get the well on line. This frees up the <a title="drilling rig" href="http://oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com/drilling-rig-mat-manufacturer/" target="_blank">drilling rig</a> to drill another hole and streamlines the operation as well as allowing for specialization of certain services, i.e., completions vs. drilling.</p>

<p>Natural gas is a naturally occurring gas mixture consisting primarily of methane, typically with 0–20% higher hydrocarbons. It is found associated with other hydrocarbon fuel, in coal beds, as methane clathrates, and is an important fuel source and a major feedstock for fertilizers.</p>
<p>Hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, uses huge volumes of water, chemicals and sand injected into rock at high pressure to release natural gas. Its development has unleashed a natural gas boom in the US and around the world. US has developed such method to drill for natural gas.</p>
<p>GN solids control provide <a title="mud cleaning system" href="http://oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com/gn-mud-cleaning-equipment/" target="_blank">mud cleaning system</a> for directional drilling and fracking for natural gas, we are thinking to design such mud system for US market. All the electric motors and control panels will use IECex certified or US motors.</p>

The two main parts of the drilling fluid system is the actual drilling fluid and the <a title="solids control equipments" href="http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/equipments/">solids control equipments</a>, to separate the cuttings from the drilling mud at the surface, and circulating water based drilling fluid.</p>

As we all know the quality and charactor of the drilling fluid effects the drilling works. The viscosity, density, fluid loss control, sand content, gel strength, and so on. The drilling fluid system is used to control them.<br />
If not use the <a title="China manufacturer" href="http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com">drilling fluid system</a> correctly, effiently, there must be some trouble. High fluid density causes pressure in the formation of the borehole. This pressure drives the drilling fluid through the filter cake into the formation, leads to excessive drilling fluid loss to the formation, and extends well development time required to remove the mud from the formation. As the fluid density increases, the pressure required to move the fluid up the borehole also increases, leading to high mud pump pressure requirements. <span id="more-1464"></span></p>
<p>High solids or sand content also leads to significant abrasion in the drill tooling as the fine particles are recirculating through the mud pump and drill string. Washed out drill strings and <a title="centrifugal pump" href="http://www.gnsolidscontrol.com/sand-pump/">mud pump</a> valves/seats, along with leaking swivel packing, are caused by the recirculation of sand through the system. If the gravel pack is emplaced in the annulus through drilling fluid with a high sand content, the fines will be entrained in the gravel pack leading to increased well development costs and reduced well yields.</p>
