As drilling mud system manufacturer<\/a>,some times we got inquiry for drilling mud materials.HDD mud materials,and oil gas drilling mud materials.<\/p>\n

But we do not make drilling mud material,only drilling fluids recycling system<\/a>,and equipments.<\/p>\n

Drilling Mud BENTONITE : <\/strong>
\nsodium base bentonite :
\n-yield point is(15 centipoises in (16) M3\/MT)
\nin Concentration of approximately (6.5 g\/100ml)
\nThe API filtrate can be reduced to 15 ML and below the Moisture content shall be not exceed.
\n(10%) by weight, (2.5%) residue on A (200) mesh screen max. .Packaged in multi walled paper of 1000kg.<\/p>\n

Drilling Mud CMC LV:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-Sodium carboxymyethylcellouse in powder form used for filtration control in water base drilling fluids<\/a>.
\n-Decrees filtration rate &filter cake thickness in fresh or brakish water-based drilling fluids.
\nPromote hole stability in water \u2013sensitive formation.-
\n– Effective in salt water .
\n– Effective in small concentration .
\n– Deflocculate salt water systems in concentration less then 0.25pbb(0.7kg\/m3) .
\n-Readily disperses when mixed through hopper .
