Preparations<\/p>\n<p>(A). Inspect the rotating direction<\/p>\n<p>(B). Rotate the pump shaft by hands and ensure that it rotates smoothly<\/p>\n<p>(C). Fully open the valve at suction section.<\/p>\n<p>(D). Fully fill the pump and suction piping with liquid in order to eliminate air in them.<\/p>\n<p>(E). Open all the cooling water-pipes.<\/p>\n<p>(F). Lightly open the valve in delivery pipe system (if using a vacuum pump for priming, the valve must be fully closed before starting the main pump).<\/p>\n<p>B. Operation for Running Sand Pump<\/p>\n<p>(A). Start up the motor after all the preparations is finished.<\/p>\n<p>(B). Gradually open the throttle valve of outlet after the pump pressure is stable and close it if no liquids flowing out. Gradually re-open it after the pressure is stable and until the capacity is normal.<\/p>\n<p>(C).
