{"id":614,"date":"2009-10-13T09:05:09","date_gmt":"2009-10-13T16:05:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/?p=614"},"modified":"2009-10-13T09:05:09","modified_gmt":"2009-10-13T16:05:09","slug":"desilter-application-in-mining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/index.php\/2009\/10\/13\/desilter-application-in-mining\/","title":{"rendered":"Oilfield Desilter Application in mining"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>GN oilfield drilling mud <a title=\"Desilter\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/desilter\/\">Desilter<\/a> is discussed for application in mining slurry separtion.<\/p>\n<p><span>Thank you for your e-mail of 12th October about your solids control equipments application.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_615\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-615\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Oilfield-desilter.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-615\" title=\"Oilfield desilter\" src=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/10\/Oilfield-desilter-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Oilfield desilter\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-615\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Oilfield desilter<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We are of opinion that, during your interpretation of the technical  specifications and the screen analysis of our ore, a misunderstanding must have  occurred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The result of the <a title=\"shale shaker screen\" href=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/shale-shakers-screen-china-supplier\/\">screen<\/a> analysis of our ore we sent to you was only to  give you a general information about the grain size of the ore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>These grain sizes do not reflect the particle sizes which we will feed  into our process line.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The ore we are going to feed into the concentrator will preliminarily  be screened through a 0,500 mm (35 mesh U.S) screen and be reduced down to  -0,500 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Following this, -0,500 mm material will be deslimed by separating \u226515\u00b5  using Hydrocyclone desilter and in this way we will end up with a material of -500 mm +  0,015 mm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studying the technical parameters of your ZQJ DESILTER, we understood  that we can deslimed our <strong>(<\/strong>-0,500mm<strong>)<\/strong> material,  by separating it at \u2265 15\u00b5, using your ZQJ DESILTER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During this operation we think that the solid rate of the pulp should  be approximately 15%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We are waiting for your answer, stating, if it would be possible to  apply the process given above successfully using your DESILTER.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>We can discuss and negotiate the details about your other equipment like <a title=\"Shale shaker\" href=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/linear-motion-shale-shaker\/\">shale shakers<\/a>,<a title=\"Decanting centrifuge\" href=\"http:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/decanting-centrifuge\/\">decanting centrifuges<\/a>,  machinery and pump after having finished the negotiations about the  applicability of DESILTER. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>GN oilfield drilling mud Desilter is discussed for application in mining slurry separtion.
