Sludge dewatering is the main obstacle to river dredging projects. 1) First, the high differential speed\n(pushing speed) completely mixes liquid and solids; the entire mud centrifuge\nwill work like a mixing mixer instead of an effective solid-liquid separation\ndevice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2) Secondly, chemicals are usually added to\nthe separated wastewater. High differential speed (pushing speed) will cause\nsome medicine to be lost in the liquid outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3) In addition, if chemicals are added to\nthe wastewater before entering the centrifuge, it will generate foam in the\ncentrifuge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the decanter centrifuge processes the\nsewage, it will then pass through activated sludge treatment system and\ntertiary treatment of biological denitrification and phosphorus removal,\ncoagulation sedimentation filtration, activated carbon adsorption, etc., and finally\nbecome reclaimed water, which is usually called water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
