The project mainly deals with oily solid wastes in sludge storage tanks. After the oily solid wastes have been prepared, sieved, cleaned, demulsified, and finely screened, they have now achieved reductions and preliminary separation. The oil-containing sludge three-phase separation system uses a combined process of a two-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge and a three-phase disc centrifuge to perform final solid-liquid-liquid three-phase separation of subsequent materials to realize the harmless separation and disposal of resources.

System process description:

After the sludge is metered at the inlet, it is pumped to the decanter centrifuge by a booster pump. At the same time, the chemical dosing system injects flocculant into the decanter centrifuge to promote the solid-liquid two-phase separation of the decanter centrifuge. The separated solid phase is transported externally via a screw conveyor. At this time, the liquid content of the solid is <85%, and the solid content of the separated liquid phase is <3%. The solid phase flows to the waste liquid buffer tank through a closed pipe, and the waste liquid buffer tank. Equipped with a liquid level transmitter, the liquid level signal can be displayed locally and remotely. The solid phase settled at the bottom of the waste buffer tank can be returned to the decanter centrifuge for reprocessing through the inlet booster pump.

The process is as follows:

The liquid phase outlet of the waste liquid
buffer tank is pumped to the disc centrifuge inlet through a 3um solid particle
filter (protecting the downstream disc centrifuge), and the solid, oil and
water are separated by centrifugation, and the separated solid phase is stored.
Into a solid waste storage tank that can be transported; the water content of
the separated oil phase is less than 10%, and temporarily stored in the sewage
oil buffer tank; the solid content of the separated water phase is less than
1%, and temporarily stored in the sewage buffer tank The oil and water phases
are metered out by centrifugal pumps.
