It is mainly used to treat sludge from oil field drilling, oily wastewater from refineries and sludge from oil storage tank bottom sludge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\">GN Solids Control<\/a> currently has three standard models of sludge handling systems with processing capacities of 1-2, 5-10 and 15 cubic meters per hour. The picture below shows the GNOST-05A produced by domestic customers in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-2 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/01681f87987bec5d94dbc6680cdac1ea_2019061313451.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3488\" data-link=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/?attachment_id=3488\" class=\"wp-image-3488\"\/><\/figure><\/li><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/8800c2229f25d89b71367d2afd381f33_2019061313453.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"3490\" data-link=\"http:\/\/oilfield.gnsolidscontrol.com\/?attachment_id=3490\" class=\"wp-image-3490\"\/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The GN Solids Control sludge treatment\nsystem consists mainly of the following modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Premixing module &#8211; This module includes\na mixing tank, a stirrer and a transfer pump. First, the sludge is diluted in\nthe tank to make the sludge more fluid and easy for subsequent module\nprocessing. Water and chemicals are added to the storage tank, and as the\ntemperature of the heating system increases, the emulsified oil separates from\nthe solid to become a demulsification mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2, coarse screening module &#8211; a high G <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/shale-shaker\">shale shaker<\/a> is the key equipment of the module. The coarse particles will be removed through the screen. In order to prevent sludge splashing, the vibrating screen is also equipped with an anti-splash device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Three-phase separation module &#8211; This\nmodule is combined with a centrifuge assembly and a disc centrifuge assembly.\nThe centrifuge is used to remove most of the solids in the sludge to reduce the\nsolids content. The liquid phase will then be sent to a disc centrifuge for\nseparation of fine oil, water and ultrafine solids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gnsolidscontrol.com\/dewatering-unit\">Chemical Dosing<\/a> Device &#8211; GN Solids Control provides a container chemical dosing device that distributes chemicals to each module in the system. The containerized design makes the module easy to transport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GN Solids Control has extensive experience\nin the development of this type of sludge handling system.
