GN Solids Control just finish one sets mud mixing system<\/span><\/a><\/span> for Middle East Client, the client is engaged in HDD drilling project. The client buys the system for mixing Bentonite \/ barite, as mud mixing system for project.<\/p>\n

The Bentonite \/ Barite mixing system including two parts.<\/h3>\n

Part 1: mud tank system with mud gun & mud agitators, walkways, handrails, ladders, pipelines, clean gate included.<\/p>\n

Part 2: mixing hopper skid with 2 sets mud hopper, 1 sets centrifugal pump, high steel framework to support the Bentonite big bags.<\/p>\n

The clients bought one set 500gpm mud system in year of 2013. The performance of the 500gpm mud system is still very good after 2 years working condition. The 500gpm mud system including:<\/p>\n

One set 500gpm shale shaker<\/span><\/a>, working as first phase separation. GNZS703E-HB shale shaker is GN patent shaker with 3 panel shaker screens. Compact design and good performance can help to improve the drilling efficiency in a large degree. GN good price spare parts and short delivery time is also good support for clients.<\/p>\n

One set 500gpm mud cleaner with deck shaker & 1 ea desander cone & 8 ea desilter cones, working as second & third separation equipment. For HDD drilling project, centrifuge is only required for some special stone layers.<\/p>\n

GNLW452C decanter centrifuge<\/span><\/a><\/span> with 1800rpm bowl speed can remove solids 5 to 10 microns. The treating capacity can reach to 120gpm to 200gpm depending on the feeding material conditions and output conditions.<\/p>\n

Mud tank equipped with mud agitators<\/span><\/a><\/span>, mud guns, mixing hopper, mixing pump, transfer pumps etc.<\/p>\n
