GNMS-500D mud system<\/a> is economic standard offer for diamond drilling rigs \/ gold exploration clients. With this unit, the solids in millimeter level can be removed out 98%, and 100microns to 1mm can be removed 64%, and 2microns to 100microns can be removed 25%. GNMS-500D mud system is 2 phase separation unit with shale shaker & desander cones. If the user wants to remove more fine solids, other equipment is required to get better performance.<\/p>\n

1 set centrifugal pump (30kw), this is for feeding mud cleaner GNZJ703E-D8N<\/p>\n

1 set centrifuge (GNLW363CD)<\/a><\/p>\n

1 set submersible pump (4kw) , for feeding centrifuge GNLW363CD<\/p>\n

1 set mud tank, all above 4 set equipment installed on the mud tank<\/p>\n

Goal: Treating capacity 500gpm; this equipment group + GNMS-500D can remove \u2265 2-5microns, 80%<\/p>\n

Option B: 1 set mud cleaner (GNZJ703E-D8N)<\/h3>\n

1 set centrifugal pump<\/a>(30kw), this is for feeding mud cleaner GNZJ703E-D8N<\/p>\n

1 set mud tank, all above equipment installed on the mud tank<\/p>\n

Goal: Treating capacity 500gpm; this equipment group + GNMS-500D can remove \u2265 20microns, 80%.<\/p>\n

Option C: 1 set centrifuge (GNLW452)<\/h3>\n

1 set submersible pump(5.5kw), this is for feeding centrifuge GNLW452<\/p>\n

1 set mud tank, the mud cleaner and pump and centrifuge install on the mud tank<\/p>\n

Goal: Treating capacity 100-150gpm, this equipment group + GNMS-500D can remove \u2265 5-7microns, 80%.<\/p>\n

Option D: if the user want to replace the GNMS-500D totally. We will recommend GNMS-500B or GNMS-500G<\/h3>\n

Goal: Treating capacity 500gpm; The mud system can remove \u2265 20microns, 80%.<\/p>\n
