Oily sludge treatment is very important: environmental protection, oil recovery, water separation. We just finish one project for COSL, the China largest offshore drilling company. You can check details from here: \u00a0COSL oily waste treated by GN centrifuge with chemical enhancement<\/a>. \u00a0Recently, we receive one project requirements from Africa and they need us to offer proposal for oily sludge treatment. Their goal is to separate the oil and water, to incinerate the solids. And we offer 2 solutions below:<\/p>\n

Option A: solution for oily sludge treatment \u2013 High G dryer + oil water separator + TDU<\/h3>\n

Step 1: Use high G dryer<\/a> to treat the oily sludge and separate into two groups: solids and liquid.<\/p>\n

Step 2: use oil water separator to separate liquids into oil and water<\/p>\n

Step 3: use Thermal desorption unit to incinerate the solids.<\/p>\n

Comments: this solution with better performance, but it is very costly because of TDU.<\/p>\n

Option B: solution for oily sludge treatment \u2013 High G dryer + oil water separator + Solidification Unit<\/h3>\n

Step 1: Use high G dryer to treat the oily sludge and separate into two groups: solids and liquid.<\/p>\n

Step 2: use oil water separator to separate liquids into oil and water<\/p>\n

Step 3: use solidification unit<\/a> to replace TDU in option A, to make the solids environmental friendly.<\/p>\n

Comments: this solution is more cost-effective than option A.<\/p>\n

Option C: solution for oily sludge treatment \u2013 Filter press + oil water separator + Solidification Unit \/ TDU<\/h3>\n

Step 1: Use Filter press to treat the oily sludge and separate into two groups: solids and liquid.<\/p>\n

Step 2: use oil water separator to separate liquids into oil and water<\/p>\n

Step 3: use solidification unit \/ TDU to deal with the solids finally.<\/p>\n

Comments: \u00a0The costs of filter press in much higher than high G dryer, but the performance is almost same. We don\u2019t recommend this one.<\/p>\n
