1) Connection between mud solids control system & drilling waste management system<\/h3>\n

The screw conveyor can positioned paralleled with solids control system, equipment like shale shaker, desander, desilter (or mud cleaner, combination of desander & desilter). The paralleled screw conveyor can collect the drilling cuttings discharged from solids control equipment and transport to next slant screw conveyor. This screw conveyor is for feeding for Hi-G dryer or Vertical-G dryer.<\/p>\n

2) Feeding for Hi-G dryer & Vertical-G dryer<\/h3>\n

GN drilling waste management system, the first separation phase is generally equipped with Hi-G dryer or Vertical-G dryer. They both can be used for water based mud, oil based mud & synthetic based mud. Generally, the Hi-G dryer is more proper for water based mud; vertical-G dryer is more proper for synthetic based mud with comprehensive consideration.<\/p>\n

After treated by Hi-G Dryer or Vertical-G dryer, the solids discharge generally will be transported to trucks via screw conveyor, and then go to TDU workshop for finalize treatment; the liquid part will go to next separation phase, by high speed decanter centrifuge.<\/p>\n

4) Discharge transportation from Decanter Centrifuge to trucks<\/h3>\n

After treated by Decanter Centrifuge<\/a>, the solids discharge generally will be transported to trucks via screw conveyor, and then go to TDU workshop for finalize treatment; the liquid part will go to next separation phase, Dewatering unit (Dewatering Centrifuge with FLOCCULENT UNIT ).<\/p>\n
