We got an inquiry for a directional drilling mud system<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Jessie ,\u00a0We currently own a 4,000 gal mud recycler which our company built ourselves which the current shale\u00a0 shaker<\/a> does not seem to work properly .<\/p>\n

We are a trenchless directional drilling company and have been in the industry for 15 years .<\/p>\n

The recycle we own has a three tank system , a settling 2,0000 l\u00a0, a desilt 4,000l\u00a0and a active clean tank 11,000 approx values .<\/p>\n

This directional drilling mud system has 2\u00a0\u00a0 4×3\u00a0pumps which\u00a01 is used for running 6 x\u00a03″ hydro cyclones and the\u00a0other to drive mud guns and to charge the drill rig mud pump<\/p>\n

The shaker is a double decker (doublelife from Oklahoma USA ) with\u00a05ft x 4ft screens . The bottom is used as scalper shale shaker\u00a0and the top handles the underflow from the hydrocylones(drying screens)\u00a0. This is the directional drilling mud \u00a0system<\/a> weakness and we want to improve this but still use the current tank structure .<\/p>\n

The genset we have is a 85kva .<\/p>\n

Can you help us and how much would it cost for the mud cleaner<\/a> that you have sent photos of ?<\/p>\n
