Last week GN solids control attend 11th<\/sup> CIPPE held in Beijing on 22th, March. To some extent, it is a successful oil show, Many professional manufacturers of drilling rig, drilling tools, drilling fluids solids control system\/mud circulation system<\/a><\/strong>, and accessories, etc in China attend the fair.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>What is the features of GN mud circulation system? <\/strong><\/h3>\n

1 It consists of GN new designed BEM shaker<\/a>, GNZJ703 mud cleaner, LW450x1000N decanter centrifuge<\/a>, mixing hopper and mixing pump, the complete electric control panel and tank accessories( stairs, handrails, slide walkways, mud pipeline, clean gate, etc)<\/p>\n

\u00a02 Process of GN mud circulation system<\/h4>\n

\u00a0 First, drilling mud is flowed into the buffer box of the shale shaker through mud divided equipments, then entered the 2 sets of BEM shale shaker, after treated drilling mud flowed into shaker compartment, which is sand trap designed.<\/p>\n

\u00a0 #1 centrifugal pump <\/a>feeds the mud from shaker compartment to desander cone of mud cleaner, then the clean mud droped into desander compartment;<\/p>\n

\u00a0 #2 centrifugal pump feeds the mud from desander compartment to desilter cone, then the clean mud droped into desilter compartment.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 The submersible slurry pump <\/a>feeds the mud from desilter compartment to the centrifuge, to separate solids particle size 2~5\u03bcm. Now the clean mud can be used directly for drilling through pipelines, or weighten by mixing hopper. After weighten drilling fluids, they can be recycled and re-used in the drilling operations.<\/p>\n

1 adopts ANSYS limited element analysis<\/p>\n

2 Adopt SS304 or Q345 high strength alloy material<\/p>\n

3 Heat treatment on complete shaker deck<\/p>\n

4 shaker surface is coated with heavy anticorrosive paint<\/p>\n

5 vibration motor <\/a>is from Italy Oli<\/p>\n

6 BEM shaker was praised by government and got \u201cNational technology progress awards\u201d<\/p>\n

7 Compared with linear motion shale shaker<\/a>, treating capacity increased by 20% ~30%, discharge speed increased by 10% ~ 20%.<\/p>\n
