Submersible slurry pump also called pit pump, usually installed in pit or mud tank vertically to transfer the mud from the pit/mud tank to shale shaker or other solids control equipment. Compared with centrifugal pump, the pit pump impeller is more anti-wearable. Even when there are some big particles in the mud, the pit pump can still work well with longer lifetime.
Recently, we got big order from overseas client requiring 10sets submersible slurry pumps. The client had good experience with GN slurry pump about two years before, and he trust GN slurry pump working performance. After the client get the contract, he came to GN Solids factory to check our new factory, new production facilities, new office building and new warehouse. The client was amazing with the fast development of GN Solids in past two years. Orderly management, hard work and good product bring GN the prosperity. The client signed purchase order with GN Solids before he went back to his country. Except for the slurry pump, the client also bought some sets of centrifugal pumps, shear pump and screw pump etc.

Most of client will choose skid mounted mud system, to put the mud system on the truck for transportation from site to site. Some client will prefer to trailer mounted mud system with single axle or double axles. The trailer mounted mud system allow client to move it by truck head, to hook the mud system and pull it from site to site, which will be much convenient from the close project. Recently, we have one client from North Africa. The client need mud system for water well drilling and we already discuss the inquiry for about one year, finally the client give us order for one set 500gpm trailer mounted mud system. We source the trailer from trailer company, and weld the tank upside by ourselves, and then match the proper model shale shaker, mud cleaner, pumps, hopper etc. to complete the mud system.

1) Middle Speed Decanter Centrifuge
The client is local HDD contractor with some HDD drilling rigs. At the beginning of this year, they got one big project for gas pipelines from local government and they realize the necessary of one set middle speed decanter centrifuge to continue the work. After several rounds discussion, the client finally choose 18inch decanter centrifuge GNLW452C-VFD. This model centrifuge can have bowl speed from 0 to 1800RPM; treating capacity can reach to 60m3/h, equal to 260gpm. The centrifuge is equipped with one 45kw motor, total energy consumption is also lower than dual motor centrifuge.

GN Solids Control is China good brand of solids control equipment supplier. And each month we export lots of solids control equipment or mud system to overseas client and domestic clients. Recently our warehouse is crowded because of some project equipment ready for delivery.
1) 3 sets of mud agitator for Africa client
The client bought this agitator is GN old client who already bought 2 sets 500gpm compact mud system for HDD drilling. They are really happy about the high quality of mud system and the premium working performance of the mud system. The 500gpm mud system is equipped with 4 panel shale shaker and 4 panel mud cleaner. The shaker screen is composite material shaker screen with much better working performance, longer lifetime and less maintenance. Actually, this client also bought one sets 200gpm mud system in year of 2013 for Dubai project.
2) 2 sets shale shaker for Middle East client
The shale shaker is to update the mud system the client already have for over 2 years. The client buy 2 sets new shale shaker to update their old mud system and this is relative lower cost to ongoing the new project. Because of the down market, many clients want to deduct budget, save cost and do more project. We recommend client to renew the mud system with new equipment, new shaker, new centrifugal pump, new mud cleaner and new agitator. Generally, the mud tanks can last longer time if the daily maintenance is doing each time after use.
